Probably one of the most important things in the history of the guild. Your rank shows your skill, your charisma and over all quality of who you are. Work hard, complete contracts and work on your over all persona, and soon enough, you could be a member of the Legion.

This is only the beginning. Don't stop now. You may be at the bottom of the barrel, but that means there's nowhere's to go but up. So keep on looking over the horizon and soon you'll have what it takes to move on up.

You are easily learning the ways of the Faction. Your skills are improving each and everyday. With just a little more training your mind and body will be ready for whatever comes your way.

Each day makes you stronger and you can feel it running through your vains. The power you will soon have is unbelievable, even for you. Just keep on training hard every day and soon, you too, will be able to run with the big boys.

This is your first step towards Mastery. All the skills you have learned so far along the way have treated you well. You notice that other clan member starts to receive you better, and finally some respect comes your way, but don't stop training now, for this is only the start of your challenges.

Your skills have finally shown through and suddenly you are no longer in need of assistance. You have shown your worth so far, but your training is not over. You are still a Series I cadet. Soon enough, your horizon will broaden, and you'll see your true calling.

Soon you shall bear with you the skills to teach new brotherin. With each day that passes you can feel yourself geting stronger, and suddenly you see what lies ahead.

You've come so far, yet you learn that you still understand nothing. There is much more to learn and such little time, however, you can't seem to find a way to progress your skills. Maybe taking the time to teach others would also teach yourself.

Your skills have yet to be awoken, yet your mind has opened itself to new teachings. With everyday that passes a new realization occurs, and suddenly you find yourself in the middle of an evolution.

Your mind seems to always be construing new ideas. Everyday is a new awakening, and a new lesson waiting to be learned.

You have learned almost all there is to know, and suddenly you feel like it's time to play the field. No more sitting around in the low crowd, it's time to get down and dirty exploring every new horizon possible.

Playing the field was a long a vigurous journey, but a valuable one at that. You have studied your enemy closely and suddenly, you know all his moves, it's time you take everything a little more cautiously and start to investigate that in which you do not understand.

With alot learned, it was hard to stay in the shadows forever. Suddenly, you feel the need to remove anyone who stands in the way of your guild. Others start to fear your strength and lower levels wish to become just like you. Suddenly, everyone knows your name, but you're still one step ahead of the game.

All across the gaming world, people know your name. You are a star, a legend, unstoppable. No one can stand in your way at this point, yet you've never stopped to think that maybe your head was in the clouds, and suddenly a new life lesson comes into play. Maybe it's time you took a look at where you stand and start thinking of ways to impress others that arn't so public.

You've lived in the life of fame and glory, but you learned that wasn't all that mattered. Something is still missing but you can't quite put your finger on it. Maybe it's time to start thinking more about the guilds needs instead of your own.

You've done a good job so far, and even though your overall glory of the people is fading, you're becoming a more important part of the guild everyday.

Everything now is at a steady pace, overall you seem confident in yourself, but more concerned about the guild. Luckily for you, that's the way to go. Your skills are still increasing, so don't give up.

You're at a safe place now. You don't need to worry about the simple little mistakes as you did before. Everything is going good. Just keep on training and eventually someday your true strength will show.
